Pull the mass away from equilibrium and let it go so that it is oscillating at the end of a spring. Start it from rest at a position 8 cm from where it started (x reads "8 cm") What are the period, amplitude, and frequency of the oscillation? What is the spring constant? If you click on the "fast-forward" button it will move 1 second forward with each click, so that should give you a time scale.
