Special events!
Ice Skating Trip
...On
February 1, SPS will be going to ice skating. Cost is $5 for
admission and $3 for skate rental. Contact Peter Sheldon for more
details or to RSVP. (transportation is provided for those who
RSVP)
Smithsonian Field Trip
...On
22 March we will be going to the Smithsonian in DC. Be sure not to miss this!

...Our

Sunday and/or Monday evenings at 6:00 pm at Darden Alcove. Click above to get

Sunday movie nights
...Monthly
movie nights 6:30pm in the Physics Lab. Bring your
homework down to Martin; we'll provide popcorn and a movie.
Current projects
SPS Science Day
...We
are planning next semester's Science Day. It's
never too early to come out and help, so come to a meeting!
Hamster wheel
challenge
...That's
right, we're making a challenge of it. We have built a
human-sized hamster wheel that will power some kind of
electrical device. Update from this project can be found at

Creative science
challenge
...We
are going to have the Creative Science Challenge in the spring. It
is open to all Randolph College students. See the pictures from
last year
